You will find the Abbey Hotel ideally situated in North Parade - part of John Wood's original grand design for Bath - and in the very heart of the city close to the Roman Baths and, of course, the Abbey. Only a short walk from the rail and coach stations.

Originally built as 3 wealthy merchants' houses in the 1740s the hotel was completely refurbished a number of years ago to its original splendour. All 60 rooms are comfortably furnished with en suite bath/shower, television (with satellite TV also), radio, telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press and hair dryer. There is a passenger lift to all floors and a bar with lounge provides the ideal meeting place for visitors to the city.

It's restaurant - Wedgwood's - is decorated in the style fashionable at the time the house was built and, in summer, guests may take refreshments on the pavement terrace outside.
