Bath NHS Healthcare Centre provides access to a GP or nurse
seven days a week, 365 days a year, between the hours of 8am to
8pm. Other services located in the same building include the
Riverside GP Surgery, emergency dental surgery and contraception
and sexual health services.

- Coughs, colds and flu-like symptoms
- Information on staying healthy and health promotion
- Minor cuts and wounds - dressings and care

- Skin complaints - rashes, sunburn and headlice
- Stomach ache, indigestion, constipation, vomiting and
diarrhoea
- Support for stopping smoking
- Women's health problems
Bath NHS Healthcare Centre is committed to delivering equitable
access of healthcare services to all patients and will ensure
that there is no discrimination against patients on grounds of
age, sexuality, ethnicity, disability or any other factor than
clinical need. Any patient can walk into the Centre and
see a doctor or nurse, with or without an appointment, whether
they are registered or not.
Directions:
From Bath Spa Railway Station
Turn left out of the station onto the A3039 (Dorchester Street).
Get into the right hand lane and continue straight onto the A367
(Green Park Road), which runs alongside the river. Do not turn
left over Churchill Bridge, crossing the river.
Continue along the A367, signposted to Bristol Wells. Stay in
the left hand lane and continue straight across, through two
sets of traffic lights onto Charles Street. At the top of the
hill, take a left onto Monmouth Place. At the junction, continue
left onto the main A4 and take the first left onto Stanhope
Street, which leads onto James Street West.
The Riverside Health Centre can be found on the right hand side.
From Park and Ride
The Newbridge Park and Ride Service runs Monday to Saturday
(except public holidays) from 06:15 - 20:30. The bus drop off is
on James Street West which is approximately 150 yards past the
Centre. Turn back on yourself and the Riverside Health Centre
will be on your left.
