The Beeches farmhouse luxurious b&b, bed and breakfast

delightful 18th century farmhouse built of local mellow
limestone which has been sympathetically restored to its
former glory. A retreat from the City of Bath yet only
15 minutes away.
The Beeches Farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodation in

rooms all in our luxurious barn conversions, each having
their own front door key and own patio area, giving you
the independence to come and go as you please. All rooms
have full en-suite facilities including bath and shower
and are decorated to a very high standard with exposed
beams, stripped wooden floors and country pine
furnishings.

All double beds are a minimum of 5 foot with the
majority being 6 foot. Also rooms have colour TV, radio
alarms, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water,
fresh fruit and flowers. There is a fridge available to
chill your wine/beer whilst you are out during the day,
so that you can return and relax enjoying the ambience
of your own lit patio late into the evening (wine
glasses and corkscrew are all provided).
Farmhouse Kitchen
A Full English or Continental Breakfast is freshly
prepared in the farmhouse kitchen guaranteed to satisfy
every palate using fresh local produce as detailed in
the "Real Bath Breakfast Award".
Breakfast Conservatory
Breakfast is served in our Victorian style conservatory
overlooking a running stream and landscaped garden and
onto our "very free range" ducks" and hens where you can
collect your eggs for breakfast. Not to forget those
little extras that you would expect - individual table
settings, white linen table cloths and fresh flowers. A
relaxing start to your day!

Pig Wig Cottages stands in the grounds of the idyllic
18th Century Beeches Farmhouse in the countryside, the
cottages are self catering accommodation in Bradford on
Avon near Bath, yet only seven miles from the World
Heritage City of Bath and 1 mile from the Saxon town of
Bradford on Avon, situated on the outskirts of an area
of outstanding natural beauty.
All cottages have recently been sympathetically
converted to luxurious holiday accommodation in Bradford
on Avon surrounded by open pasture, where goats, ducks
and chickens happily roam.
Inside Information
Each cottage situated in Bradford on Avon near Bath has
been furnished, not as a letting unit, but as an
extension of our own home. Imaginatively decorated with
co-ordinated furnishings and country pine furniture and
of course those little extras not normally associated
with a holiday cottage. Due to our own free ranging
animals and hens, we do not accept pets and both of our
accommodations are a non-smoking establishment.

Sleeping Capacity
Each of the 3 cottages has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4/5 +
cot. However, 2 of the cottages can be interlinked
sleeping up to ten. In addition to Pig Wig Cottages we
have en-suite rooms across the courtyard from the
cottages, offering family / double and twin rooms with
TV, tea and coffee making facilities etc, ideal for
those family/friends who want to holiday with you but
enjoy their own time and privacy – excellent for the
grandparents!

Ideally situated for visiting Bath, Bradford on Avon,
Stourhead, Lacock Abbey (filming of Harry Potter),
