Church Farm, Hartham is situated between
Chippenham & Bath, north of the A4 at Corsham, 3 miles from
Chippenham and about 8 miles away from Bath city centre. We
are in North Wiltshire and at the foot of the Cotswolds.
Church Farm is also well situated for road/rail links with
M4 (junction 17 just 4 miles away), Chippenham railway
station 4 miles and Bath Spa 8 miles. There is a frequent
bus service between Chippenham, Corsham and Bath, the bus
stop is half a mile from the farm.
We are close to the conference centres and wedding venues at
Guyers House, Kington Manor, Stanton Manor, Grittleton House
and Hartham Park. There are also many Business Parks
in this area i.e. Methuen, Turnpike, Leafield, Greenways,
Bath Road, Bumpers Farm, Rudloe, Spring Park and the MOD
Sites at Copenacre and Basil Hill Barracks.

The Stable End
This room is a ground floor room with picnic area and close
to the car park facilities and is next to the garden room.

The Hayloft
The hayloft room is a large first story room above two
others. It has its own external stair case. The room
consists of a double bed and a single bed, and en-suite

The Family Room
The family room is located inside the main farm house on the
first story, this is a large bedroom with en-suite Bathroom
(with bath/shower) offering a double and a single bed and
outstanding views over the valley, woodlands and Hartham
House, this as with all other rooms comes with a Well
stocked hospitality tray and TV |

The Dining Room:
The dining room is a communal room located in the main farm
house, offering a light spacious breakfast area. Please see
our menu for what is offered. Breakfast will be served from
7:15 to 9am during the week and from 8 to 9:15 at the
weekends.

Tariff 2007
All rooms have a double and a single bed as standard and
have ensuite facilities. Rates quoted are for Bed &
Breakfast, per night.

Please note that we no
longer accept bookings for children under the age of 12
years. Church Farm B&B is open all year except
Christmas and New Year. We do not take bookings
for Saturday nights only during the summer months
(May-Oct).
Discounts are available for mini-breaks i.e. more than 3
consecutive nights. We are sorry we no longer accept
pets. Rates will be confirmed at time of booking
and are NOT subject to VAT.

Terms and Conditions +
Booking details
Arrival time is most convenient between 5:00 and 7:00pm,
please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive at any
other time. Checkout: Usually by 10:30am unless
previously arranged with us.
Bookings: A deposit of approx £25.00 per
room is payable at the time of booking and will confirm
the reservation; it is non-refundable unless we are able
to re-let the room. Therefore if there are any changes
to your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
* See cancellation policy bellow - Overseas visitors may
forward credit card details to guarantee their arrival.
Deposit cheques should be made payable to Mrs K Jones.
Payment: Payment for accommodation can be
either cash or cheque (with cheque guarantee card), or
with sterling travellers cheques.
Cancellation Policy: Church Farm reserves
the right to levy a cancellation charge if notice of a
non-arrival is not received at least 48 hours prior to
reservation:- 24-48 hours notice --- up to 50% of the
total cost of the booking. Less than 24 hours notice ---
up to 100% of the total cost of the booking.
Insurance against cancellation charges is available.
