This long-established Bath
Restaurant has undergone renovation and refurbishment and is now named
Le Clos. The new Executive Chef/Manager, Peter Quinion, first
experienced Bath as a Chef saucier at the Bath Spa Hotel ten years
ago.
Peter's style is best described as cuisine with a modern French
theme plus the introduction of an occasional international twist to
liven the fare.
The range of wines is extensive, but selected and
presented in a simple yet informative way. There are great value
regional wines, plus the Classic Selection, or a really special bottle
from the bin ends.
