David and Caroline Greenwood aim to provide you with the highest standards of comfort and house keeping in their quality Victorian house in the centre of Bath.

Number 30 has been completely refurbished in the last year and all rooms have their own private bathroom with either a bath, a shower or both, toilet and wash-hand basin. 

The house is light and airy and has been tastefully decorated in light pastel colours throughout. The bedrooms are mainly blue and white and all are named after famous people who have influenced the building or character of Bath.

Our breakfast room retains several original features and is one of the largest rooms in the house. A buffet table is set up with fruit juices, a range of cereals, milk, yoghurt and fresh fruit such as melon, strawberries or grapefruit. A full English breakfast is provided within the room rate.

Fresh flowers and a range of watercolours and prints, all in the modern style provide the finishing touches of Number 30.
Number 30 is within 10 minutes easy walk of the Roman Bath, Royal Crescent, Assembly Rooms, The Theatre Royal and the main shopping areas with the full range of speciality shops.

Bath's roads and streets can be crowded at times and parking is at a premium. Once you arrive at Number 30 you can park your car and forget about it until the day you depart.

    Terms and Conditions of Booking
    Number 30 is non smoking throughout

    The city of Bath is very busy at weekends and it is advisable to book well in advance of your stay.
    If you are enquiring about availability within 72 hours of your intended visit please email or telephone.

    Discount for three nights or more and special short break offers may be available. Two night minimum stay at weekends only.

    Please be advised Number 30 is not suitable for young people under 12 and we do not have any family rooms.

    Cancellation
    Once we have confirmed that we can offer you accommodation we will ask you to make a reservation by providing us with a credit card number and expiry date. Once this is received, either by telephone or in writing a legal contract exists.

    Our required notice to cancel without cost is 7 days prior to the commencement of the first nights' stay. Cancelling without this 7 day notice means that the full cost of the accommodation reserved will be charged for unless we are able to relet the room(s). This also applies should you subsequently amend your booking by shortening your stay. The credit card details that were given on the booking will be charged for the full amount due. If we are able to re-let any or all of the reserved days the card will be credited with the relevant amount.

    Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy and if you are booking for a number of days you may wish to consider taking out a suitable form of insurance.
