The restaurant at The Royal Hotel in Manvers Street has been redecorated and refurbished in the fashion of a traditional Parisian brasserie with a new menu in keeping with this style of restaurant.
The Brasserie will offer casual dining throughout the day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and with morning coffee and afternoon tea served in between.
The lunch and dinner menus are imaginative with a combination with traditional French dishes, grills and excellent steaks sourced from the highly respected Church Farm. There are both fixed price menus (two courses for £9.95) plus an extensive a la carte and these can be viewed by visiting the restaurant page on our website www.royalhotelbath.co.uk.
The brasserie has been named in recognition of, the famous designer and engineer, Isambard Kingdom Brunel, who designed the building in which the restaurant is located.
Christmas parties are welcome over the festive period and Brunel’s is an ideal venue for friends and/or colleagues to celebrate Christmas.
